If I was a maga billionaire like Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos, I would solve problems like this myself. I would create a corporation whose job it is, to employ people. It would find people who are not working and grill them about what they might do that's productive and then facilitate whatever that is. Over time I would personally eliminate unemployment by employing them all myself and simply asking what they can do. And if they can't do anything then I would train them to do something that needs doing. And I would retain older workers with skills and knowledge, to instruct the unskilled workers. So even the elderly would be made useful. And as a rich person, I could afford to pay each worker a good living wage, and provide them with affordable housing. So I could also end homelessness. I could do it myself. Nobody would be able to stop me. So you really have to wonder, why the current ruling elite would prefer to make everyone miserable and kill the human race, instead of just doing what I suggest. I'm always right but nobody will listen to my brilliant ideas.
