Low trust society. They imported a ton of jeets that can't design or program at all without external help. I do these interviews at a fortune 500. I see people with 5-10 years experience coming from Amazon, Netflix, Google, Meta, etc that have absolutely no fucking idea how to do anything. It's absurd how many of them there are. Regular companies hire, they sit in a position for 6-12 month before getting fired for being useless, and then they go to another place and do the same so the interview process gets more invasive because they don't want to waste money on these people.
