This also depending on a Total Fertility Rate of 2.1 or higher. But now because boomers are living until 95 there's an extra 20 years, of social security and health care costs that weren't planned for. This is problematic because health care costs griw exponentially past 75. This financial burden is now placed on younger generations who are suffering from the policies and elected leaders the boomers put into power.
