Putin can stop the war any fucking time he likes. Zelensky has offered ceasefires over and over, which Putin has ignored. The only ceasefire Putin has offered in recent past was literally just a "please don't shoot at us while we have our stupid 'we beat the nazis that one time a gazillion years ago' pride-parade"-request. The Ukrainians have made it abundantly clear they don't want to be part of fucking Russia. Not before and certainly not now given how Russia is treating them. No gaslighting or victim-complex on Russia's part can change any of that.
