Take methylfindicate (ritalin in europe) as a neurotypical and you essentially just get a strong dopaminic increase and release instead of strong concentration and improved hyperfixation. Because for the add adhd or asperger brain it normalizes dopamine across the dopaminic network, but in neurotypicals it essentially just boosts dopamine release
