What are the political implications of more and more young men becoming NEETs?
>>
We will be the first to reside in smart cities

Being a NEET is circumstantial, you could be raised in a town with no jobs and because of that its hard to make a living so you either have to move to a large city or join the military in most cases or go to college.

Large cities have jobs and have the best dating scenes for average looking guys or guys that have money and are trying to flex money to date women.

comfy frens welcome
>>
New York, Chicago, Philly, Boston, etc are probably the best cities to live in if your a single guy in his late 20s-early 30s trying to date chicks.

I inherited $600,000 when my grandpa died a couple years ago, I was pretty much the son he wished he had. I put it in a moderate risk mutual fund and I’m set up to inherit my parents house and another $800,000 when they die, they’re leaving less to my brother because he’s an asshole. I snicker when I look out my bedroom window watching people driving to work and underlings bringing me my mail and food and stuff I don’t need that I ordered from Amazon. I do enjoy mowing my lawn though.

My grandpa left all of his money to his second wife and none to his biological heirs...

Having 600k puts you in a good position thats a lot of money even in todays inflation. You can buy a house outright in another state, fix it, and flip the house or be a landlord.

I really hoped Hantavirus was real so I could neet it out again for a couple years. But alas.

Yeah gramps left the farm and trucks and equipment and grain elevators and over $2,000,000 to my uncle Mark and random scraps for my mom, his only daughter and my uncle Mark’s twin sister. My grandma could be a real bitch so I think grandpa hated women at the end.

The thing I really learned was establishing generational wealth. That farmland has been in my mom’s side of the family for over a century and it keeps getting passed down to relatives that will keep it going. Grandpa knew my parents would sell it because they have office jobs and he knew I was one of the most frugal people he’d known so he left me some money.
