No one knows what restore is, reform is winning in small deprived towns just like the brexit vote so they could win an election. However they may run into problems when forced to actually administer all of the councils that they won, they only exist to cut costs which will make these small towns even worse. Honestly we might see liberal democrats come out on top at the end of the day but one thing is certain the Conservatives are dead.
