The US hasn't got "culture" because it's a big melting pot of different demographics so no singular defined culture has ever truly taken off. There is the mashed potato and turkey holiday which see's Americans eat this rudimentary meal to honour it's early beginnings and then there's sinkhole day mayo and that's like, French and Spanish or something but yeah - I predict it'll take a further 500 years for the world to see a more sophisticated forms of culture.
