Sick days are sick days, no questions asked. But I rarely ever get sick, because I am so well balanced and rested. With that, I earn a not great but decent wage. I can rent a 1000 square foot apartment in my city (shared costs with my girlfriend), go on vacation, eat anything I want and buy stupid shit from time to time. Healthcare, disability insurance, retirement fund (in principle) are taken care of automatically.Not a big earner, but decent.This already feels bleak to me. I can't fucking imagine being American.
