What was the point of going to China? No deals happened.
>>
New idea for a better, more badass ballroom. Lara Trump also got to eat Chinese food at a real Chinese place. Counts for a lot
>>

Trump getting roasted online/media about how China is winning 'cos of IranWar.

> Trump: I know, I'll go to china and ArtOfTheDeal them
>>
We have been in a proxy war since 2020. This is the closing stages. The business leaders did the negotiating. Without Americans buying cheap shit from China the ccp's control lapses
>>
>>535185783
I'm sure plenty of deals happened for the entourage he brought.
>>
it's too lull them into a false sense of security, in 5 years we'll reshore our supply chains, rebuild our manufacturing and beat them in ww3

You said the same thing in 2021 with Biden.

>No deals happened.
Trump promised to increase american dependency on China by selling them some beans and planes. China promised nothing in return. Theres a reason why stocks dumped, oil pumped, bond yields assploded, shortly after the conclusion of the summit.
>>
nvidia GPUs and his cuck base of farmers will be able to offload their onions garbage and stop losing. Probably not a total loss overall, but the messaging makes zero sense and Americans still broadly lose in the long term.

I believe MIGA mutts call this "The Art of the Deal." or something.
>>
>>535185783
Likely something to do with property development, since this is what Trump has been doing in the middle east. Maybe discussing some extension of the belt and road scheme that could involve America.

Who knows. It is so hard to understand what this administration is doing because all they do is lie and use the media to create cover stories to distract from what they are really doing.

some Boeings, but that was going on anyways.

China now builds big sections of new Boeings.

Real reason of course was to beg for help with Iran, which China refuse, so End Of Petro Dollar still on schedule, which will end USA as a super-power, and maybe even spark Civil War in USA when Congress cuts off SSI and Medicare to fund Israel and even Boomers wake up.
>>
>>535185783
Trump probably had to go while knowing he doesn't have a single bargaining chip at the urging of the oligarchs he took along for a chance of mending economic relations.
The visit being treated as a minor humiliation and generally a nothingburger is the best he could've hoped for.

>>535185783
It was in the agenda of China, african countries get the same treatment as Trump got, and the chinese press didn't give it much attention because everyone knew nothing would come from it.

Just look yourself to see how "important" was

>>
>>535186304
You severely underestimate how deliberate the Chinese are with these things. None of it is ever happenstance or random.
The intent was to politely humiliate the US at every step.

>What was the point of going to China?
The US just cut off two of their major gas stations and then went to their house and looked them in the eye. You might like it, but this is the equivalent of going up to someone after you slighted them and dare them to do something about it. Basically the point was to convince commies to not fuck around anymore. Sort of a last chance polite courtesy. I doubt it was effective, personally. If anything, it will just make China do worse shit once Trump leaves office and try to fuck with the elections again.

For all we know, Taiwan will be left to its own devices, China will help out with the Strait

listen, as long as the slanty-eyed cocksuckers keep pumping out chips, i couldn't care less if the gov't is local or taken over by Pooh

China has no reason to help with the strait, they're sending weapons and intel to the Iranians.

they're building nuclear powered aircraft carriers, hundred thousands of drones and thousands of nuclear warheads are you fucking insane? what false sense of security are you talking about? they read your administration like an open book

>>535185975
Rebuild industry with what? The least skilled generation in history? The foreign agents you imported to save a buck? Our kids, by design, can't do math. Most Americans can't read at a high school level. The people of a nation predict the future of said nation. Our elites, forgoing the tradition of noblesse oblige, instead hamstrung their own populace because they bet way too long on shitty ai models that still require shitloads of human intervention to be useful. Their solution? Import more foreigners, make the kids more retarded, and throw more compute at the problem.

I am not optimistic.

It was a financial trip not a political one, so the Iran war was not the focus, only its effects on the global economy.

But yea people asking what's the point are retarded. The question is why aren't there more meetings and cooperation between all heads of state. The recent trend of negotiation with Israeli characteristics where they murder foreign heads of state is completely unnatural. Meetings aren't a zero sum game where you win or you lose, or even gain anything tangible, it's an opportunity for direct discourse and to understand the position and needs of foreign states.

China isn't even involved in any conflict the US is in even though the US desperately wants it to be.
Right now the US is in different conflicts:
1) The US against Israeli subversion
2) The US against its own zionists
3) The US against its own elites
4) The US against Iran

Iran has received minimal help from China and is contending with the US largely on their own, and anything construed as help both sides know is just regular trade. Even if China ceases all trade with Iran tomorrow the US will destroy itself destroying Iran.
>>
>>535193573
Oh and
5) The US against Russia in Ukraine, soon to he offloaded to the Europeans

China is involved in exactly zero, despite the wishes of the warhawks who want China to be the final boss.
>>

the machining classes I was taking at community college just got shut down. Meanwhile the DEI director is making bank despite a supposed budget deficit. We aren't rebuilding shit.

>No deals happened.
America agreed to not aggress in Taiwan the way they did in Ukrain.
>>535185959
>Without Americans buying cheap shit from China the ccp's control lapses
Delusional take. Exports as a share of GDP are dropping dramatically. They were always calculated wrong anyway since China has separate currencies for domestic use and for import/export. A drop in exports harms the Yuan, not the Renmibi. And now that Petro-Dollar is becoming petro-Yuan, even a loss of exports to US will be irrelevant.

>>535185975
>in 5 years we'll reshore our supply chains
"Reshore" so that the 2 Million Chinese student VISAs and hundred million H1Bs from Indo-China can work on US soil. China is still operating police stations on US soil btw.

>>535185851
>Lara Trump
is this a real person?
>>
>>535186495
>The US just cut off two of their major gas stations
Venezuela was a proposed future gas station. China is still getting oil from Iran. America's allies are the ones cut off from the Gulf.
>Basically the point was to convince commies to not fuck around anymore.
What fucking around was China doing? And how does "Yes, Sir, Mr. Xi sir, we promise to stop agitating in the SEA region, I'll pose for your pro-communism photo" intimidate?
>>
>>535193573
>China isn't even involved in any conflict the US is in
>Iran has received minimal help from China
China provides drones and radars and realtime satellite guidance to Iran. Manpads too. Chinese state-run merchant vessels provided opportunistic spotting of US Naval vessels as well.
>>535193659
>China is involved in exactly zero in Ukraine
Russia purchases the parts they need from China commercially. China lets them. American soft power used to be able to prevent such sales. China no longer complies with American sanctions.

Trump had to kiss the ring in order to beg for help on Iran. Didn't get it tho but everyone saw the ring kissing
>>
>>535194049
China sells drone parts to everyone.Even Ukraine with their boast of building drones independently in Europe still gets the core parts from China.
>>
>>535186038
Yeah but this time we have a strong, powerful and vibrant leader who actually follows through on his promises. China is FUCKED now Trump is in charge.
>>
>>535194049
Whatever China provides Iran or Russia, it provides in equal parts or more to the US and Ukraine.

The US currently can't reload its munitions stockpile to strike Iran without China providing them. Ukraine also can't drone strike Russia without Chinese electronics.

The conflict isn't with China at all as much as warhawks want it to be. China is just doing business providing manpower and products as it always has. In fact it has already recused itself largely from even that role, providing the absolute minimum to both sides in an attempt to minimize casualties.
>>
>>535185783
he was supposed to show off Iran's surrender and told him to get fucked for oil.

>>535186125
not even according to the Chinese readout. He got nothing, just a lecture to back off from Chinese Taipei.
