Why can't Americans stop drugging their kids?
>>
goycattle
>>
>>535308713
It's like a lazy farmer who gives drugs to the cattle instead of providing a real source of nutrient.

>cattle only eat soibeans, get sick
>"better give them steroids and antibiotics!!"
nigger just feed them clover like they are supposed to eat.

Kids are supposed to eat raw and preserved meat, sometimes honey if they can tolerate the pain of being stung by a bee. But little shitstain coward kids don't deserve sweets and no child on earth deserves a fucking soi based diet. It's proven in rats to cause reduced penis size.

I think the current food industry is centred around trying to destroy sexual dimorphism among the proles and to foster impotence. Even ADHD pills, which reduce adult final height, is a form of sexual limitation.
>>
>>535308713
>creatine
good
>sodium/potassium
just electrolytes, whatever
>theanine, magnesium glycinate
someone give me the qrd on these
>>
>>535308713
... aren't those just nutrition supplements?
Lack of salt does bad things to your brain, and body deficiencies make you feel bad in your skin.
>>
>>535308713
the only way americans are able to cope with the hell they created for themselves is vast amounts of drugs
>>
>>535308713
>guy gives his son vitamins
>goycattle is upset because scary latin words
I hatebeing a goy, and the sane race as yall dumb mfs
>>
>>535309318
theanine is an amino acid found in tea
magnesium glycinate after some quick research is magnesium that has been combined with glycinate (another amino acid) in order to increase the bioavailability
So basically it's a mineral supplement.
So the whole mixture is basically a custom concocted dietary supplement. Hardly a "drug".
>>
>>535308713
Looks like normal nutrition supplements. But why not just feed your kid healthy food?
>>
>>535309655
Kids can be really picky with food so min-maxxing micronutrients through diet alone is impossible with some children.
>>
Sodium, potassium AND an electrolyte stick?
>>
>>535309710
>Kids can be really picky with food
Not if you stop over-feeding them. Children are naturally curious and want to try new things. Only a sexually abused or circumcised (what's the difference?) child will hate novel tastes and smells.

none of what's listed are drugs, those are nutrients.
>>
>>535308713
Uh? Which part of this is ‘drugs’? These are all well established healthy supplements. I’ve tried all of these and had very noticeable improvements, especially with creatine. Your mileage may vary.
>>
>>535309533
Its actually more like a vitamin drink. Parents putting their kids on SSRIs are x1000 times worse.
>>
>>535310007
try some GABA, helps me feel relaxed and able to sleep when magnesium glycinate didnt
>>
>>535308713
Is the kid not getting enough salt or something? I think the issue isn't the vitamin shot he's giving the kid it's his entire diet
>>
In this thread, people are confused by OTC herbal/non-prescription nutrients.

Well done OP.
>>
>>535310144
Yeah like I said here
>>535309710
Guy's kid is probably a picky eater, so he's just trying to min-max his son's micronutrients without force-feeding him a bunch of food he doesn't like.

>>
>>535310729
literally 50% of the reason testosterone is so low in the world is boron deficiency, it isn't caused by drinking good water it's caused by eating shitty soi-fed meat.
>>
The only reason why this would make a difference is if he's poisoning his kid with a vegan diet.

>>
>>535310898
>I thought people couldn't even drink distilled water

This is a shockingly common viewpoint among the middle class, it's actually quite offensive to me. Like, if you think a litre of distilled water a day is "bad" imagine what other healthy things you might think are "bad" it shows a totally unscientific mindset.

Roundup and other farming practices have depleted all of the minerals from the soil so our crops no longer provide the minerals we need. Mix that with either tap water being poison or aggressively filtered water and most people are mineral deficient. His whole concoction is just rebalancing what the body actually needs.

MDs are only given a 45 minute lecture on nutrition during their education. They don't know shit. Magnesium should be taken with calcium, and other co-factors. If you want to fix your insomnia, nervousness, panic attacks or many other issues, get a bottle of Youngevity's liquid cal/mag (Beyond OsteoFx), one capful in 4 oz. orange juice taken right before you go to bed. During the day, take a capful of their liquid plant-derived colloidal minerals in at least 8oz of non-carbonated drink. Don't gulp it down, sip slowly over 20 min. The slower you drink it, and the more diluted it is, the better the nutrients will get absorbed. This is the budget way. If money isn't an issue, do as Dr. Joel Wallach recommends and take all 90 essential nutrients (Healthy Start Pack):
If the nutrients don't work, you likely have absorption issues from damaged intestines which if you don't fix, will give you a lifetime of chronic illnesses. You would have to quit the first 4 of The 12 Bad Foods to fix it:

That's basically the /fit/ cum stack, fertility correlates heavily with health in adults. This is the stuff given to adults to make them more fertile, implies that if that's possible there's a major lack of nutrients in the average diet.

Either case, there is no food in our food. Plants can't make minerals btw. They can only absorb minerals, if they're in the soil. But they're not. A plant only needs 3 minerals to reach maturity. So to save on costs, that's what the farmer adds to the soil. N-P-K. But we need 60 minerals. So where do we get the other 57? They're not in our food.
>>
>>535310786
Nearly 100% of people worldwide now eat plant-based diets that consist of something like 70%-80% plants, with the meat being the small portion in every meal. That's why nutrient deficiencies are so common, nearly everyone eats plant-based. Creatine especially is a good example of this, there's a biological "optimal" even though our body can make it entirely by itself no problem, but if you eat enough meat you get enough creatine.
>>

If you want to try a different path...
Get yourself a bottle of Youngevity's liquid plant-derived colloidal minerals ($25?). Take one capful mixed with a NON-carbonated drink (the more diluted the better) and sip it, not gulp it (the slower you drink it, the easier it's all absorbed). Repeat in the afternoon/evening. You should feel noticeably better after 2 weeks. Maybe even great.
If you don't, you are likely suffering from malabsorption and if you don't fix your digestive system you will have a lifetime of chronic illnesses (watch Dr. Glidden's 12 Bad Foods or Dr. Wallach's Cereal Killers on YouTube for more info).
Or if it's within your budget, get yourself the Beyond Tangy Tangerine, or better yet, the Healthy Start Pak.
Plant-derived colloidal minerals are easily absorbed and virtually non-toxic. Most mineral supplements are in their elemental form (rocks) and are hard to absorb.

I have 3 doctors in my social circles, one is a retired cardiologist (retired during covid), one is a psychiatrist, one is a GP.
Cardiologist and GP haven't read a single research article in the past 20 years. The psychiatrist only graduated 4 years ago and now work at a hospital but she also hasn't read anything related to her field since she graduated. Both the cardio and GP tell me that it is normal and no one keeps up with the new stuff here unless they are actually doing research and want to publish articles. I'm not saying to trust internet schizos but to keep in mind that you still have people around with a diploma but knowledge that hasn't been refreshed in over 2 or 3 decades in a field where science can change quickly.
So basically trust no one and do your own research, get your hands on an account with access to the biggest reviews and start reading and even then don't forget to take everything with a grain of salt.

Why can't thirdies stop thinking about Americans? And based on that image, that guy is basically giving his kid vitamin supplements.

Well, at least it's a small step up from lobotomies. Americuckolds are improving.

90% of that is just electrolytes and L-theanine.

Not a very compelling argument when most of that keeps you hydrated and less muscle tension. Might as well put coffee here too as "Drugging"
