Just for a headsup but the "nm" scale of the chip has been a marketing expression since like 2013/2014 when 32-28nm was the standard. We transitioned from standard planar (2d) MOSFETs to FinFets at "22nm" (which has a 26nm gate length) and later "14nm" (which has a 24nm gate length) then ribbonFets in 2024-2025 which follow a similar trend. Not to say there hasn't been meaningful development, transistors are not in fact 2 dimensional objects that that nm number implies in reality, and there are refinements that can and have been made to increase their performance, reduce heat buildup, stacking, and increasing thr other other dimensions of transistor density.
