The earliest I can think of it being feasibly plausible is just the UK and the other great powers not cucking out during/after ww1

After centuries of fighting islamutt barbarians and conquering basically all of the important Muslim nations, Britain chose to:

1. NOT take revenge and force them to christianize
2. give them independence
3. betray the promises they gave the native christian populations that helped them win over these regions (like how they originally promised greece constantinople if they rebelled against the ottomans, but never fulfilled the promise)

It's just horrible, great britain might have been the most cucked empire in all of history.

Not going through WW2, Hitler and Nazism, whose defeat led to the USA becoming uncontested hegemon, that dictated the terms of peace, thus ordering Germany to take lots of Turks after the war, because they wanted to attract Turkey in NATO.

WW2 defeated the conqueror spirit in Europeans, they became tame survival moluscs, proud of having a comfortable lifestyle and enough time for leisure. Which numbed their alertness to the threats posed by migration. They kept preaching about diversity and tolerance behind a smug attitude of "we're so right because we live so well".

So it was kinda inevitable. They had their time, from medieval times to modern. Now it's their time to become what Iraq became after being Sumer.
