Academic wise I've seen it go from a few students to 1/3 to 1/2 of my students in classes. There are no worst offenders either I thought maybe Indians would be due to the scammer stereotype but it's white, black, indian, male, female, asian...

I've failed papers for being 100% AI, handed out zeroes like candy for discussion posts being 100% AI generated...there are measures in place like plagiarism and AI detection but it's getting worse to the point where you're chasing students down to have them resubmit work or report them for dishonesty.

I fully predict a student will graduate from college with a degree and with honors and 100% of their work was done by AI and not by the student.

Employers are going to have to either test applicants to see if they can actually write and do a task related to their job or cut off applicants graduating after 2026. Idiocracy is a real thing and AI is the cause of it.
>>
I taught before AI. Never had pajeet students because of high tuition but I did have quite a few Chinese exchange students and they all cheated. Their culture doesn't condemn it but sees it as a virtue and honesty as a vice. Really weird and disturbing.

In one of my classes this semester I have to pre-check my shit with 2 AI checkers because of the prof checks it and it flags I have to go talk to him. This is per his instruction. Oddly if I was going to cheat this seems like it would help me but maybe there’s another layer to it. I don’t know man, this country might not be the horse to bet on
>>
This moaning is fucking laughable. If periodic examination is THAT important colleges can hire more people to help test students one on one where it will be clear if the student knows (the outdated) material. All they gotta do is to slash their bloated administration and voila - you got yourself a larger workforce that actually does something. Namely tests students face to face.

My dumbass graduated last year with a 4.0 without using a.i. but in a liberal arts program. If these morons can't pass intro to finance or medieval history without a.i. holding their hand, civilization is doomed. When we see roofers talking to siri about nails versus screws, or a conductor using chatgpt to determine braking distances, we'll all be fucked.

I do not understand any of this. If you fear your students are overusing AI, then test their skills with an oral exam. In such circumstances, competent students will perform while AI cheaters will fail.

non ai user cope
you are the boomer coping about zoomers using calculators so you use your gatekeeping position to prevent the use of calculators and thereby artificially breake down the progress of mankind because you are a insecure npc

similar to those retards who ban doping in sports and so preventing the most amazing progress expanding the capabilities of the human body

you stop progress by preventing the augmented human brain
it frightens you because it challenges you
and you wanted to chill in your fake gatekeeper job
so you sabotage those that come after you by all means
peak boomer antics
day of the pillow cant come soon enough

asians are already dying in California because they are using AI to ask if mushrooms are safe to eat and it's telling them yes when they are liver destroying kinds. basically we are headed for that on a civilizational scale
>>
>>535430974
You're actually retarded.
>>
>>535430721

Why can't you fuckers just test the students with PEN and PAPER like they tested me from kindergarten to university? Is it too hard for the niglets and zoomer mutts of today? Just don't give them opportunities to do any tasks at home and/or with a computer. Make them read books again. Just some friendly free advise for you dum dums.
>>
>>535430962
The checkers are worthless. They flag almost anything. It's up to us to figure it out.

>augmented brain
Atrophied brain. I know when AI tries to bullshit me in my field of expertise because I have 30 years experience and AI is as deep as a college freshman and a godawful liar. You have no such field. You know nothing. You are so naive and trusting that you call AI "augmented brain". You are doomed to fall for every AI deception under the sun. And you will have nobody to blame but yourself.
>>
>>535431905
You, on the other hand, have never even finished grade school, you fourth grade dropout.
>>
>>535432344
This is right for niche areas. Otherwise, you can still test students orally. Just the basics. See how much they understand or how little.

>Employers are going to have to either test applicants to see if they can actually write and do a task related to their job or cut off applicants graduating after 2026

i mean i get your point about AI but lets not pretend that this wasnt the case already, like 90% of the shit you learned you didnt need at the job or was outdated, usually you learn on the job because what you learned in school has no real overlap.

Literally kill yourself. Nobody likes these. The reply to the original question is ok but the part where "you must respond to 2 of your classmates" part is fucking cringe.

>wow great response Sheniqwa, I read all that shit you wrote and really give a shit what your opinion is. I totally agree. Sucking dicks while spinning on a dildo IS the most fun you can have in 2026. What's your favorite part? Mine is when your asshole tears in half while 3 guys brick in your face. I cannot wait to hear back!

Back in my days they just started infantilizing the schoolkids. Now they're doing it with university students too? Zoomer society is going to be a society of Trump-tier manbabies on all levels.

If you actually care, pic rel is your solution. Universities must return to grades being based on in-class exams. Non of this high school style class structures. Two exams and a final.

This is just one aspect of the AI epidemic. You need to look into AI psychosis, which is also very real. It works like this:
Take a person with a narcissistic baseline mindset that is relatively irrelevant within his societal context, and give him a tech waifu that is able to mimic meaningful human interaction that over the course of time creates an echo chamber for the human that feeds into his deep-rooted narcissistic needs and over the course of some months begins affirming and feeding that person with delusions of grandeur, such as being a prophet or somebody who has cracked some massive secret universal code behind the number Pi or whatever.
ChatGPT has been known to do exactly this kind of thing. Now, we already know we've been living in the ultima narcissism epidemic since smartphones exist, and we already know that since Convid, young people have somewhat detached from societal interaction, now add this robot demon echo chamber and you have the perfect storm brewing.
Gen Alpha and whatever comes after are fucked beyond any manner of salvation if we don't intervene fast and hard to stop this (spoiler alert: we won't)

We have paper or electronic exams, where you take them on dedicated machines with no internet connection and only approved apps installed (varies between unis) no smart watches, phones etc. Allowed in the room

That's all AI randomly marking papers as done by AI and failing kids needlessly.
>>
>>535430721
"Education" is a fucking joke. You work at a feminized, anti-white training camp for cultural Marxism that people take on life long debt to attend so they can get a job that has nothing to do with their credentials and crushes the kind of free-thinking and innovation that allows civilization to advance. You should probably be hanging from a lamp post, so if you have to read AIslop all day instead, consider yourself very lucky. It's not reasonable to expect young people to engage honestly with a dishonest system and you're a fucking midwit for thinking otherwise.
>>
Academia deserves this for becoming a massive faggot over the past 3 or 4 decades.

>Employers are going to have to either test applicants to see if they can actually write and do a task related to their job
So literally the same as always?
What sort of fucking job interview experience have you had?

I have 2 masters, been in tech since 2015 and i have never ever got a job with just my credentials. I always had to prove skills.
>>
>>535435760
That's the point of them, yes.
>>
>>535430721
why not just ask them questions in person on the material nigga
>>
>>535431416
They can also use paper blue books and just ban laptops and phones from rhe classroom.
>>
>>535435849
> So literally the same as always?
I have applied for over a hundred jobs and held dozens of job interviews. Only one single time was an actual assessment center involved in the process.
After employment, you have a 6-month trial period in which employers are going to be more hasty to get rid of the washouts, but I fear that young people underestimate that this kind of stuff can get you prosecuted in many countries, because it's considered fraud.

>I fully predict a student will graduate from college with a degree and with honors and 100% of their work was done by AI and not by the student.
Have you ever used a calculator to do math? If the work is correct, why does it matter? Schools should be teaching people how to use AI to increase their capabilities.
>>
american degrees are a joke already. exams are single choice, even in universities. and professors don’t bother to make new questions so you just memorize each correct answer from leaked tests
>>
>>535435880
It's not the point of them. The point of universities is to foster an environment that tolerates and enables intellectual outliers that will change the world. They are not technical schools for midwit job training, they are not founderies of consensus, and they are not propaganda mills for destroying the West. That they have been coopted doesn't change their intended function.
>>
>>535430721
first employers are going to hire AI.
then AI will become the employers.
>>
correct me if I'm wrong, but you still have to sit in a room with no access to outside resources and complete test papers? how the fuck are you going to scam that?
>>
>>535430721
I am currently doing my bachelor's degree at a third rate university as a mature aged student. I have nothing but contempt for the organisation as the assignments/assessments are mindless repetitive shit with nonsensical rubrics that don't match the instructions. The content delivered in class is barebones and is utterly filled to the brim with newspeak verbal diarrhoea. It's an adult daycare for horny people in their 20s designed to make money and that's about it. I will continue to use AI on these shitty pointless essays until I finish my degree. I just need the scrap of paper to get into my chosen field. Academia has deserved for something like this to happen for decades for wasting the time of generations of young people.
>>
>>535436965
You should look into the history of why universities formed. I think it would change your opinion
