You should be able to find regular job postings for the positions, but they might have a different name.Here in Aus it can be anything from "Collections Officer" to "Debt Recovery" to "Community Field Agent" (wtf does that even mean), "Collections Specialist" to "Collections Consultant".Just do keyword searches for debt and collections and you shoud find something related, just make sure it isn't a job ringing people to hassle them for money.
