It's a mid-term primary, they probably had like 5% turnout, so it's not a good metric for much on its own. I'd say this shows pretty clearly that the only people in the Republican who are fired up and politically mobilized are the pro-Trump people, where the more principled, classical conservative types who aren't so hot on Trump are pretty demoralized.
