I have a weird theory (I should make it a thesis).The rise of "black teen takeovers" aka chimpouts... exist today because of Obama... yeah thanks Obama.Because of the victory or Obama in 2008, thousands of pregnancies took place in ghetto neighborhoods (as usual) but because Obama won, those pregnancies were NOT terminated as usual on those communities due to a excessive "black" pride fervor... now 18 years later those babies a full grown up and they did bot have a proper home education, hence the army of unsupervised monkeys roaming around. At malls, drugstores, any place where they can gather...My question to you, how would you fix the rise of the chimpouts?
