It is in Dutch but subtitled so not really an issue. The whole series is very short (around 25 min total) but well animated.If you're not interested, basically, Mymy (the ginger) is a Racist Nationalistic "Dutch" girl. In the cartoon she is one of the sister of the main character but more or less steal the show because she is very memeable.
