Yeah, it's easy. Barely 20% of the 4th's eligible voters turned out and Massie faced no significant primary opposition in 2022 or 2024. It corresponds fairly neatly with how much was spent on Gallrein, and also elides with a not-that-wide margin of loss (10 points is big but not a blowout).
