Cuba is not 100% innocent, all things considered.

The Batista government was fell with help from the USA, then the cuban regime surprised everyone, took over american property, revealed they were commited communists, then they were receiving russian missiles shortly after.

Cuba is not innocent because, still, they illegally took over a lot of property and business that belonged to american citizens, near 100% of it. Seizure of assets is not a thing that you can forgive any nation for doing it to you.
