American prison system is not there to reform them. They are just locked away from the rest of the people. They are like universities for crime. I know the casual american don't like the idea but giving people some hope before they leave jail might help reduce the nr of people falling back in crime. This should of course be offered to white prisoners because we all know niggers that are there did their verry best to go to prisons.
