Their oil is not developed because of mismanaged infrastructure. The volume they have is under a caretaker govt with continuity besides a few shipments to buyers under sanction, but it was not much vooume compared to what Vz can produce when they build modern, maintained wells
>>
Poor Anna thinks that you can seize 300 billion barrels of oil like shoplifting makeup from a Walgreens.
>>
>>535495357
>>She doesnt understand that shit is years not months
No company wants to invest the capital in Venezuela because the spics basically plundered from the state oil companies for several decades and it'd require starting from scratch.
>>
>>535495402
How do you know though? And how did they get it out of the ground so quickly?
>>
>>535495419
They were already shipping it to texas though. Why did they stop?
Chavez was giving it away to poor Americans for a while.
>>
They have no infrastructure. Everything went to disrepair. US oil companies saw the bill required to get everything back to normal and passed on it.
>>
>>535495423
Then what was the point of toppling them?
>>
Reminder that at least one vlcc ship from Venezuela ended up in israel. Probably more. Miggers will defend this like they defend pedophelia, election rigging and endless wars for Jews.

Why would he give oil to the Yanqui for free? You kinda just say whatever don't you?
>>
It will take years, possibly decades to get Venezuela production going after decades of neglect.

I really hate leftists who say they hate a thing but really have no idea what that thing is or how it works. This is why I like proper racists, because a proper racist will dive deep into a culture to dissect it and understand on a deeper level their motivations for what they do so that the racist can hate them more accurately.

Leftists are unironically dumber than most racists.
>>
>>535495562
>Reminder that at least one vlcc ship from Venezuela ended up in israel
Do you have any proof for that?
>>
>>535495253
Because their oil was only good for crude and not car engines. Also Venezuela’s oil reserves are largely fake, Maduro made up the estimates so as to sell oil futures that didn’t actually exist.
>>
>>535495617
>I really hate leftists who say they hate a thing but really have no idea what that thing is or how it works
That's how it is with all their positions though. Everything they think is undercut by a complete ignorance of how the world actually works, combined with a seething resentment against the world for not being such that they are special in it.
>>

You can't conjure oil infrastructure out of nowhere and the engineers have to actually know what they are doing because they are dealing with flammable liquids and gasses. There's also a hesitation to invest in the country because they never know when the next dictator will show up to seize it.
>>
>>535495490
Trump was trying to be a conquering hero and went for military achievement to win praise. He did piss poor job and no one cared. He's trying again with Cuba to cover up his failure with Iran.

And the oil titans didn't want to risk flushing 200 billion dollars down the shitter if it went south.

Petrodollar.
Venezuela and Iran were both OPEC members who were recently circumventing the 1970s oil crisis deal to trade in USD.
Iraq also tried this right before being invaded in 2003.
The petrodollar, and SWIFT banking system, gives the US massive control over global trade as far as sanctions (Russia, deserved or not, had this power demonstrated on them), as well as creating artificial demand for the USD thus keeping the value high.
BRICS have been making moves to break this chokehold. US strategy with BRICS members has been creating closer ties (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Brazil, South Africa, India, Indonesia) or direct threats (China, Russia, Iran).
Venezuela is not a member, but has close ties to much of BRICS, as well as Cuba who has been US sanctioned for half a century.
Maintaining the petrodollar is vital for US global hegemony; multipolarity is not in the US playbook.

There's always an ulterior motive, and usually it's economics.
Boring, but the reality of the world.

If you look at the somewhat favourable trade deal that they secured with the US now, I would say that it was a good play.

>>535496837
The US is a capitalistic market we don't have price control on oil, that shit goes to global markets and the highest bidder get it's it. And the US doesn't need China's permission they have no power projection and haven't launched a war beyond their borders ever. And China knows theirs no way they can do shit in the North American hemisphere, it's really hard to wage a war on a global level when you don't have a military base in every country.

It's the fear of investing in that country and some Liberal comes along the next 20-30 years feels bad for brown people, because brown people are upset their being exploited and lets them nationalize the equipment for a SECOND time before they can make good on their investments.

You can even buy oil contracts fer specific dates to take delivery of said oil, that's why for a time being oil went negative because no one had the space for the oil. It went negative 40 USD because no one had the space and they were paying people to take it. Was an insane time.

>>
>>535495253
People are so fucking naive. As if all the profitable oil isn't already developed. Further investment requires sustained higher prices, and developing it would take years.
>>
>>535497607
I'd be surprised if the US even manages to mobilise its remaining half of its missile reserve.
>>
>>535497753
>As if all the profitable oil isn't already developed. Further investment requires sustained higher prices, and developing it would take years.
I remember people saying this back in 2010 about how fracking would never work or be economically feasible. The US now produces almost 8 million more barrels of oil per day than we did in 2010.
>>

The EU is an American orginisation meant to slowly choke and kill the continent. The only reason they would be your enemy if you're a Neo-lib like MAGA is if you yourself want to take credit from the destruction.
>>
>>535497762
>I'd be surprised if the US even manages to mobilise its remaining half of its missile reserve.
Even if they could, they wouldn't. Iran's missiles are aimed at the oil wells. If the US does anything stupid, there won't be any oil from the middle east for the next few years, and the USD wouldn't survive that.
>>
>>535497853
>The EU is an American orginisation meant to slowly choke and kill the continent
It's definitely working then lmao.
>>
>>535497798
Doesn't change the reality its all temporary. US is still a significantly diminished nation when it comes to oil reserves. Hell, Qatar has basically replaced us in Helium reserves as well.
>>
>>535497840
Why would I be angry about kikes being humiliated losers?
Sure, they steal billions of taxpayer dollars to soften the blow of them being subhuman losers, but it's not like they weren't doing that before, they just made it more obvious now.
>>
>>535497323

>>
>>535497862
>there won't be any oil from the middle east
They already got a pretty big part of both gas and oil production facilities in the gulf. I don't think it's going to have any more of an impact if they got the rest of them as well.
>>
>>535495253
We know exactly where it is: it's in the ground because US oil companies think it's too much of a hassle to deal with.
Not all oil is created equal
>>
>>535495253
It's not about having oil. It's about having cheap high quality oil. The US and Canada have oil to feed the entire world and yet they barelly tap it.

According to my second hand information, Venezuelan oil is similar to American oil: sure it's lot but it's expensive, either because it's low quality and requires more refinery process or because it's difficult to get. It takes a massive investment to get that oil and of course it'll be significantly more expensive than its competitors.

Sandnigger oil not only is cheap to get, it's very high quality. Russian oil is not as good but still better than what you can get in the Americas. Both sources of cost effective oil are limited, hence the high prices.
>>
>>535497798
This is solely due to the fact that you lifted your crude oil export ban in 2015. Therefore, this increased production brings you no domestic advantage. If someone else pays more, this oil ends up on a tanker.
>>
>>535497894
>US is still a significantly diminished nation when it comes to oil reserves
Nah, "oil reserves" are a radically misunderstood notion.

>>
>>535497981
>This is solely due to the fact that you lifted your crude oil export ban in 2015.
No albanian bro, that was the EFFECT of the explosion in US production, not the CAUSE of it. It's a hallmark of low IQ to confuse basic causality like this.
>>
>>535497890

A Suezmax tanker, the Poliegos, carried a cargo of Venezuelan crude oil intended for Israel's Bazan Group refinery in Haifa. You do seem to be a stupid goy for sure.
>>
>>535498738
I dunno, it was pretty funny. Maybe you're just so big brained that it flew over your own head instead of stupid goy like me.
So, how many more weeks? Do the joke again, please, so I can laugh like the dumb, simpleton goyim that I am when you tell it a third time.
>>
>>535498616
>I have no idea what you're babbling about.
That seems to be quite clearly the case.
Just one final point. You've only been a net oil exporter since 2020. And you still import huge amounts of crude oil today because your refineries aren't designed to process the light fracking oil.
>>
>>535495253
It wasn't oil, it was bitumen. And it required 200B of infrastructural investment to bring online. 90 was meant to be billed to the Amerikwan taxpiggy whilst the rest would be fronted by Big Oil in exchange for profit in perpetuity. Why did you post a thread if you're this GODDAMNED UNINFORMED.

Stop posting and go kill yourself.
>>
>>535498249
They most likely agreed for the companies to outright buy the properties that have the oil. They have no obligation to share the profits and they probably won't.
Why do I say this? Because they always do it like that. Venezuela knew the US makes unfair deals otherwise they wouldn't have resisted the US for that long.
>>
>>535495330
Israel here again.

Still got the Venezoila.

So you DID finally get it then?

So the stealing is supposed to happen at some undisclosed time in the future? It's not actually currently happening? While we're just making up hypotheticals how about you create a scenario in which you're not a dumb cunt
>>
>>535499022
Why should I have exact data on american oil production memorized? I only knew that you lifted the crude oil ban in 2015, which triggered an extreme fracking boom. Now I've looked at the data more closely and learned that you're still a crude oil importing country because you need heavy oil, which you don't produce enough of yourselves, but since 2020 you've also been a net oil exporting country because you exporting the light fracking crude oil.

You didn't do the joke. Here, I'll tell it again. The funny one.
>Gee willies goy, we can't seem to close the deal on Greenland becoming the 51st state or actually getting oil from Venezuela, let alone Venezuela becoming the 51st state, but we're definitely going to get Alberta as the 51st state. In just two weeks.
>Also, another indian will be taking your job, shitskins will still be imported, and you can't even run away from the niggers we import and power your home rurally because we're putting datacenters there and need the power.

>"Venezuela has officially received all $500 million from the first Venezuelan oil sale," the official said.
>The official added that the money is to be "disbursed for the benefit of the Venezuelan people at the discretion of the U.S. government."

>Last week during testimony on Capitol Hill, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said U.S. involvement in the sale of Venezuelan oil was a short-term effort aimed at stabilizing the country, keeping the government afloat and helping the people.
>"So in essence, we allowed Venezuela to use their own oil to generate revenue to pay teachers and firefighters and police officers and keep the function of government operating so we didn’t have systemic collapse," he said.

>The funds had been held in Qatar and intended as a "temporary, short-term account to ensure Venezuela received the funds needed to operate," the U.S. official said.
>The official added that the long-term goal for future sales is to move the proceeds "into a fund located in the U.S. and to authorize expenditures for any obligation or expense of the government of Venezuela or its agencies and instrumentalities upon instructions that are consistent with agreed upon procedures."

Oil companies are getting paid for that oil which came out of Venezuela.
And what the oil companies do is exactly the thing that brought Chaves and Maduro to power.

That's funny, since venezuela sold almost exclusively to you back then, before you started with the sanctions and juan guaido.
However, this is not about newly developed oil. Therefore, it has no influence on the world market price, as it was already present.

The money initially went to some US accounts in Qatar. Wow totally not shady at all.

It's even more bizarre than that. To this day, all venezuelan assets in the US are frozen. Especially CITGO, PDVSA's US refinery subsidiary.

It was about Hegseth shooting some fishing boats and Trump seeing himself in retarded clown Maduro enough to drag him to NYC. You know Maduro is preparing a real fight in court and it will be a spectacle for South America. Now he can bring Chavezismo to the states. I'm expecting Saddam like speeches in the courtroom.

>>535499681
I wonder if the American army could truly deliver on the carnage that Hegseth and his Israeli sky dildos promote on Twitter. You'd have hoped to get some jungle infantry combat out of this, but no 14% GDP boost for them, right? So nice. At the end of the day, worst of all is Venezuelan women are fucking fugly.
