Its a one-two punch: by exporting Indians to other countries as labor, they not only lessen the population burden on their own country, but many of those indians working abroad will send money back to family thats still in India, enriching the Indian economy. I can't even blame Modi for doing it, its genuinely a good plan from his perspective. Its just at the expensive of everywhere else in the world because India's overpopulation problem is being made to become our problem.
