Case count: 676 confirmed cases, 136 dead. 262 people hospitalized. In the last update, 41 new cases and 9 new deaths dropped.

Geographic spread: Three new health zones lit up since last update. One in Ituri, two in North Kivu. It's still spreading.

https://www.ecdc.europa.eu/en/ebola-outbreak-democratic-republic-congo-and-uganda

CDC modeling: CDC dropped a report saying this is already the biggest BVD outbreak on record. They're warning it could turn into one of the largest Ebola epidemics ever if nothing changes fast.
https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/75/wr/mm7522e1.htm

Supply situation: Mobile lab got deployed to Beni. Labs got fuel delivered because power keeps cutting out. US is propping up 100 health facilities, 6 of them actual Ebola treatment centers.

Food angle: 10 million people starving across the outbreak zones. 26.5 million nationwide dealing with acute food insecurity. Hungry people get infected easier.

Cases are being identified in new health zones on a near-daily basis, warns the WHO’s head of epidemiology.

Ebola outbreak spreads to crowded displacement camp in Congo
>NAIROBI, June 12 (Reuters) - The U.N. refugee agency confirmed the first Ebola-related deaths in a displacement camp in eastern Congo, as aid workers warned of a high risk the disease could spread rapidly in overcrowded sites.
>The two victims were internally displaced people living in the Kpangba camp, which hosts 30,000 internally displaced people, the UNHCR said in a report published on Thursday.
>"It's a highly populated area so the risks of transmission are obviously higher and worrying," the aid source said. "These are tents with tarp walls, where do you isolate if you have symptoms?"
>At another camp in Ituri province, Kigonze, the chief Desire Grodya Bapi said people had been falling ill and dying but he was not aware of any confirmed Ebola cases.

This outbreak is escalating quickly

Here's an interesting hantavirus update. I don't know what to make of it.
>US puts up $750K to evacuate an American who was aboard hantavirus cruise ship from remote island
https://archive.ph/37lGp

This woman is apparently not symptomatic, yet the privately chartered yacht was deemed necessary "so she can return to the United States for any necessary treatment". And the private yacht departed Pitcairn on June 5. That's exactly 42 days after her last exposure date on St. Helena, April 24.

Why are the US govt spending $750K to move her from Pitcairn to Easter Island, so she can be evacuated back to the US for any necessary treatment, if her 42-day incubation period has closed and she's not symptomatic?
>>
>>537058854
Its suspicious at best but nothing concrete.
what do you think it would be the case anon ?
>>
>>537059271
I don't know anon.
The article says
>British authorities had sought urgent American assistance in evacuating the woman from the island, which is their territory, according to the government document about the cost of the evacuation and the second U.S. official.
>But initial attempts to send her to Tahiti, a French dependency, about 1,350 miles (2,160 kilometers) — or a 30-hour sea journey — from Pitcairn, were rejected by French Polynesian authorities. They did not want to allow her in because she had not disclosed her exposure when she transited the island on her way to Pitcairn.

I see two possibilities.
One is that the British/Pitcairn and Tahiti/French authorities are just being difficult and denying this woman from leaving quarantine, even after 42 days from last exposure. Therefore, the US is obligated to evacuate her from Pitcairn island and she'll be free to go about her ways when she reaches Easter Island.
Or, those authorities and possibly also the US believe the incubation period could be longer than 42 days, in which case perhaps she won't be allowed to leave quarantine when she reaches Easter Island.
The article also says
>The voyage to Easter Island can take up to 10 days"
so it will be 62 days from last exposure when she reaches Easter Island.
How do you read this?

>so it will be 62 days from last exposure when she reaches Easter Island.
should be 52*

I bet you $6,000,000 that this "U.S. citizen" is a jew. There is simply no way the "US government" would ever spend three quarters of a million dollars to charter a private yacht to relocate one "U.S. citizen" who isn't a chosenite.

Confirmed Ebola cases in DR Congo rise to 710 amid outbreak response
>Kinshasa, June 14 (SANA) The number of confirmed Ebola cases in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has risen to approximately 710 over the past 24 hours, according to figures released by the country’s health authorities.
>The Congolese Ministry of Health said in a post on the X platform on Saturday that the confirmed cases include 149 deaths linked to the outbreak.
>The Congolese government said around 300 people are currently being treated in hospital isolation wards, noting that the spread of the virus remains contained following examinations conducted in three northeastern provinces.
https://archive.ph/MLK4r

So above article claims
>the spread of the virus remains contained
And this article >>537057331 claims
>At another camp in Ituri province, Kigonze, the chief Desire Grodya Bapi said people had been falling ill and dying but he was not aware of any confirmed Ebola cases.

Follow the money and you find the answer usually.

Both French and British are quite obtuse generally but i can see where this can smell fishy.

At this point, burning away 750k seems like they are trying to hide something worse, perhaps longer incubations ?

or perhaps as >>537061282 pointed out, a jew would be a valid explanation.

Is there any place i can see current infections ?
The news are generally pretty vague and slow posting (cover-up perhaps?)

It's been a slow drip of partial information.
The only recent case I have seen is the Dutch healthcare worker who was infected after mishandling a patient's urine.

This week had better close green. Case numbers are up, containment is failing. There is no reason for more red.

Not our problem. In fact the West created this problem by dumping massive amounts of surplus foodstuffs and medicine into Africa over the past 50yrs.

This is a man made event, and nature is correcting the balance.

African countries need to have less population, not more. Until African countries can build and practice the necessary sanitation and hygiene practices, then they will suffer from Ebola and HIV outbreaks..... not the Wests problem. Until African nations can feed themselves, this will continue to happen, and it should happen actually.

Oh yeah I forgot about Hanta, how silly was it that people thought that shit could spread? As if the government would ever force people to lock themselves in their homes under police watch for a nothingburger like that then suddenly just stop posting any updates whatsoever on it

I think we all collectively decided that with Hantavirus and Ebola we would have to wait for the world cup to see what happens... I wouldn't go to one of those stadium bathrooms that's for sure

Hanta was weird. They were so sloppy with containment it was like they wanted it to spread. I think we got lucky that it turned out to be not very contagious at all... Or so we think...
