Because sanctions are fake and gay.

Putin after his 2014 invasion prepared all of Russia to he proofed against sanctions and as a big country with lots of resources and China as a neighbor it worked out.
Only Europe put sanctions on Russia while the rest of the world continues as usual.
He planned for an entire decade for this 3 days special needs operation while the economy is doing okay we see the total failure on the battlefield.

Russia would have completely collapsed if those 30k+ sanctions were put on in them in 2014.
>>
>>538271117
We did more than sanctions (see Ukraine)
>>
>>538271117
I see the vatniks have returned to this board. Did Putin reinstate your budget ahead of his latest push that result in failure?

its fascinating that russia shills accidentally include the actual reason for the invasion and dont even notice it. maybe its a subconcious thing, I have observed that in some schizophrenic patients. very interesting.

Because the Russian state still has significant control over the economy, unlike the west and most of the world it did not allow the private sector to rely on international logistics chains/manufacturing, instead ensuring that *everything* can be made at home, protecting their national strenght and sovereignty at the cost of economic development. Essentially they made sure their economy doesn't get too tangled up with the west.

Russia has too many diesel refineries and never enough gasoline refineries that's why we always import gasoline from belarus and kazakhstan during summer.

Stocks aren't real economy, stocks are the thing that will crash when you sanction foreign investment. Gazprom's core business is stronger now than it was 5 years ago. You just can't you know invest in dollars into it so it's stock is just not going to look very good.

>>538281848
>everyone loves thier sanctions except Russia
This is the current state of nafo troons.
Here is why they are everywhere today:

>The Ukrainian capital and several other cities across the country were hit by a combined drone and missile strike early on Thursday morning, in what the Russian Defense Ministry called a response to terrorist attacks by Vladimir Zelensky’s government.

>The first wave of blasts in Kiev was heard around 2 AM local time, followed by more explosions in multiple waves until 4 AM. Mayor Vitaly Klitschko urged residents to seek shelter as the capital’s air defenses engaged incoming targets.

>Klitschko has since described the strikes as “the largest attack” the city had experienced since the escalation of the conflict in 2022, stating the capital was hit by ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones. “It was a terrible night for Kiev,” he wrote on Telegram.

>The Russian Defense Ministry said the strike with “high-precision long-range weapons” targeted “military industry enterprises and facilities and the fuel and energy facilities in the city of Kiev and the Kiev region, as well as military airfields and other infrastructure in Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava, Cherkasy, and Chernigov regions.”

Quite simply the Chinese were ready to fill any void we created, the sanctions were just the US just willingly giving up economic territory. Sanctions worked when we were most of the world’s manufacturing and money. This is why we need term limits, policy that worked in the 60’s doesn't work anymore. And fewer people follow us so when the US stopped buying their tubes for example, Europe didn’t and now the only good amos have to be bought through European countries that still buy Russian parts. It milled US brands overnight.

This war has been a disaster for everyone else more than is has been for Russia. This impact is happening with software and tech who now have major alternatives popping up. These old assholes are so out of touch. There were no American products to withold. Just ads on US tech for Chinese products. The sanction also made them block our tech so we don’t even get the ad revenue anymore. What is left? America is in decline and we just gave up a massive region. This definitely hurt us more.
>>
>>538284734
tl;dr russia conducted yet another terrorist attack for no reason other than being niggers. This one was bigger than most.
>>
>>538271117
