Currently this is not prepping and survival, but it could be a case scenario-We have 75 acres in rural Oklahoma. We have new neighbors adjoining us with 5 acres that we sold to them. We we sold it, it only had corner posts and surveyor stakes.As soon as they moved in, they got a goats, pigs, horses, and donkeys. That’s ok other than they decided this is a free range state. At first we didn’t mind their animals so much, but then they started destroying our Orchard and garden.A number of times we ask them to corral their animals yet they refuse to. we began putting up a bar fence, which they use cut down. Yes they were reported, but nothing was done. Finally they began putting up a makeshift fence out of pallets. Yet the animals were constantly stood on our property, which apparently gives them the right to be on our property too! We put up a trail cam, which we found bashed in. We put up another to cam on a pole farther back and the last image on it was the neighbor with a hammer. Never found the camera or the pole.HOW do we defend ourselves against this invasion (legally)? We’ve ordered 3 more cameras and will have to arrange them all to watch each other AND trespassers somehow. In the photo attached is the neighbor with the hammer. Their property is on the other side of the fence, he is trespassing on ours. There is a group of trees to the left but otherwise nowhere to place cameras other than on poles. Thank you for any suggestions I’m defending ourselves and our property!

>>538810639Put up no trespassing signs. If their animals trespass and cause damage, you can legally hold them while you negotiate payment for damages. If they dont wish to negotiate, involve the sheriff. The cameras help but maybe dont put them at a level a small child could access. Put them on your property preferably by a no trespassing sign. Also have cameras facing the camera so you can record damage. Sadly this will take time, it won't be quick. If you want it quick, you'll have to get a little more nasty and then it could backfire on you
