Canada will most likely be absorbed into the US. Indians will forever remain slaves which is no doubt why the Commonwealth is trying to quickly fill their colonies with them to thwart any revolts. Admittedly I don't know much about the African colonies, presumably mining in nature.

The richest people on earth could have him executed publicly, and you'd still never know who they are, or that they commanded it. The cost would not be felt. Honestly, they'd just charge the taxpayer. Nothing about the economy is organic.
