Most people, if you ask them, they don't know how many people comprise the government that was formed by the US Constitution. A lot of people will actually try to count it up.. they'll say ok, we got one President, a VP, we got 2 Senators from each state, a whole hell of a lot of House reps, and however many Judges.. But how many people is that?.. It's just over 2000 people, that make up the government of the United States.. And, because of the size of the our country, it sort of just happens to be that the Judi c-i-a ry is the largest grouping of people. The House, obviously, would be 2nd, but a very distant 2nd.. And the question becomes, is this size imbalance perhaps not Constitutional? Or it should not be? Because, it really seems like Mr. Blanche simply won't be heard before these Article III courts.. What he files will not be read, and in these courtrooms, he will not be permitted to speak. I'll say that again. What Mr. Blanche files in a Federal Court will not be read. You don't believe that? I'll say it again. What Mr. Blanche files will not be read. I'll say it a third time. Nobody is going to read the documents that Mr. Blanche files in the Court. And then, after that, he will not be heard in the Court. This, is how America cedes to someone else. Government of the people, by the people, was always just property.. Go read the Constitution, especially if you never have before.. There is no possible way, that they intended for this vulnerability to be built into the Union. You've got one branch of government that is both the largest, AND, it is the least accountable to the people. Those elected to office under Articles I or II are accountable to citizen voters. Article III has no such accountability. So, the suggestion that such a remarkably large power imbalance would not also cause the Union to fail, is naive. Right now, federal prosecutors in Los Angeles can't even get the voter rolls for California. Why not? It's because they can't be heard.
