Most boomers did not save enough and need you to buy their house. Why are you guys so hateful by trying to crash the economy?
>>
53 is gen x, not a boomer, retard.
>>
>>541350890
No problem. Just sell your house for lunch money. Maybe you can sleep next to pajeet shitting on the street.
>>
>>541351018
I wish i could be in the workforce in america in the 80s
I'd do easy does it tile work or hardwood floors and be able to buy my own house cash in 3 years max
>>
>>541351246
i would be a soda jerk hydrating young cuties
>>
>>541350890
>never cashed out a boomer
>never borrowed from the jew
>never cashed out a shitlib

It is just that easy do not give them your money always buy a high priced item from people of similiar politics they will discount you too whereas leftoids have to sell at a loss indebting them to the jew further. They dont teach you the value of money for a reason
>>
>>541351018
Boomer is a life style and a mental state, not an age.

t. 18yo boomer
>>
>>541351380
That existed 30 years prior.
>>
Millennials are now in their 40s and have been poor for all their career no matter what qualifications they got.
>>
>>541351555
suck my ass breakroom order up you cant use my lingo against me no reverses
>>
Sell Burt Reynolds your home
>>
>>541351018
This.

Zoomers are retarded
>>
>>541350890
they can still force more californians, new yorkers and many other expensive blue city dumps out to fuck the housing market everywhere else like they have been doing for the last six years.
>>
>>541350890
I have yet to hear someone explain to me how the real estate market doesn't implode.

>Boomers are all have $1M+ houses
>They die
>There simply aren't enough young millionaires to purchase all their houses
>Nobody will ever sell a $1M house for $250K

So what happens? I'm guessing a whole lot of vacant properties. A whole lot of squatting. Maybe eventually we import enough Indians and they pool the resources of their entire extended family and buy all of them and live 30 people to a house.

Either way. If you don't own a house right now, the odds are stacked against you.
>>
>>541350890
>>541351018
Either way, half of Boomers have no savings.
>>
>>541350890
She can start advertising $50 blow and go's on list crawler. 4-5 sucks a night and she can start building a nest egg.
>>
>>541350890
Why are you posting boomer retirement ads anon?
>>
>>541351936
The fed prints more money and loans it to corps to buy the houses. Me and you get to rent for the rest of our lives.
>>
>>541351659
>be 44
>have matching 401k
>contribute 5%, fully matched
>put it into sp500 etf
>retire comfortably at 60 something
It's not hard shit-for-brains, unless you have been flipping burgers for the last 20 years.
>>
>>541350890
Picrel is GenX, doofus.
>>
>>541350890
My girlfriend is making get serious and start looking at houses I never thought I'd own one but she had laid out a pretty reasonable plan and the house is decent price just seems to good to be true
>>
>>541350890
Have they thought about pulling up their bootstraps, looking millenials and zoomers in the eye, and giving them a firm handshake?
>>
>>541352196
>retire comfortably at 60 something
I can also retire comfy at 60 something on a government pension while hardly working lmao. Fucking retard lmao you think retiring after 60 is a flex.
>>
>>541352539
>retiring comfortably in a europoor sithole
>thinking that is a flex

BlackRock and others buy up all the housing from dead boomers, then we have 1984 serfdom or revolution.

Explains the buildup of bunkers and data centers.
>>
>>541351936
Amazing. Almost like you know how prices will stabilize but you are too stupid to read what you wrote.
>>
>>541352114
Corporations only bought homes because residential real estate is the best hedge against inflation and they managed to see it coming way before government economists did.
>>
>>541351018
They act like boomers
If you act like a Jew I'm going to call you out that you're Jewish/a Jew in effect.
If you act like a boomer and look like a boomer: I'm going to call you out that your a boomer
>>
>>541350890
I think you mean they need you to pay taxes so they can get free money and live in the same giant house
>>
>>541350890
I am in my late 30s but I am afraid I will be in this position. I just dont earn enough money. Its said because I have a phd and a pretty decent senior position, yet rent is 50% of my take home pay.
Europe just has insane taxes.
>>
>>541350890
>noooooo this garbage economy and society that i helped to create left me in the dust too! please please bail me out!
Pull yourself up by your bootstraps, chief! You've still got some good years left, so suck it up and get to work!
>>
Younger Gen X will probably miss out on Social Security but they should have no excuses for not being able to build wealth. Same for a lot of older Millennials. Now younger Millennials and younger generations, yeah you're gonna have to fund your retirement entirely on your own while dealing with a horrible economy and future. I have no idea how we're going to handle these younger generations once they get to retirement age and there's just barely anything there and no social safety net
>>
>>541351018
Gen X is boomer. Deal with it.
>>
>>541351515
No, you're just retarded and thought it meant "old person".
>>
>>541353834
lmao this guy actually thinks anything will stabilize
you will live in india
you will eat the bugs
you will live in the pods
you will never own anything
you will be vaccinated
you will die at age 50
>>
>>541352196

kek
>>
>>541356160
to a degree yup
yours is just the most blatant, if stocks plummet your retirement funds can take a hit here they just raise the retirement age to not let you actually claim it (because we're broke)
>>
>>541351936
It's fine as long as interest rates are low so banks can just lend more, but they're rising now so what you describe is already happening. I see >€1 million houses piling up here in NL as we speak
>>
>>541356284
Effectively the same result, what was your point again?
>>
>>541356438
my point is how volatile your system is
>>
>>541351936
>Nobody will ever sell a $1M house for $250K
They will desperately need the money for their next life extension treatment. Of course, the treatment will only buy them a few extra months at best, but most boomers won't have the courage to accept the inevitable and will sell their entire fortune for scraps, if there is no better deal available.
>>
>>541354564

>>541354564
>>
>>541356479
But yours is the same, if the system fails we both get to not retire anon?
>>
>>541356541
well no shit if the system collapses you're losing a lot more than your stupid pension
but if the stocks take a hit ours doesn't implode
>>
>>541352196
That works in magical fantasy land where there's no such thing as layoffs or the need to job hop due to no raises. Nepo babies and boomers are the only ones getting this kinda shit.
In your case you may even be watching pennies jump on a account with $5000, because you got bills to pay and 5% match of jack shit is just jack shit and change. Either way you're a bootlicker fag and a kike wannabe golem.
>>
>>541351936
Several options that all more or less lead to >>541352114 . A lot reverse mortgage, so that they can live in some nice assisted living retirement block and get fleeced but they got theirs so it's whatever to them.
My old hometown was repeatedly marketed as a top retirement destination. Most were just middle income blue collar people until the 90's when retired lawyers and liberal arts professors and lifelong government workers from like CA or Chicago, Baltimore etc. started retiring there. Even in the mid-late 90's there was some assisted living place that looked like a resort and was like 4x the cost of renting a nice house in the area. Silent gen were selling their homes to retire in a resort for the rest of their life and have nice mountain views and chefs.
That town is irreparably fucked and tacky-looking as Hell now and is nothing like it used to be. Last time I looked on Zillow like 5-7 years ago a 890sqft remodeled house was listed for $790,000 by my grade school. It sold in like 2004 for like $160,000.
Eventually the banks will get them all one way or another.
Some by Remo's, others because they sign mortgages where they agree to never lower the rent and then can't keep tenants in them and they get taken etc.
>>
>>541353834
It'll never happen because most voters own a home and don't want to see their only primary asset decrease in value.
>>541356160
Yes and no because you can't live in bonds, stocks, or etfs. It's not a literal form of shelter and a necessity to live.
>>541353727
Revolution in the US is a dumb fucking idea. 99% of people who talk about it don't have the will, brutality, or skills to see it through.
