Lamb fat is the best, I love going to town on a bunch of lamb fat after everything has been eaten, bonus points if there's still some garlic and rosemary left in the fat. I don't drink anymore, but drinking a bottle of nice local red wine like Vranac (usually it's too heavy for me, but it goes great with lamb imho) together with a fat piece of lamb is one of the great pleasures in life.

There's dozens of grills so it's often packed, people drinking and grilling meat in the mountains, one of the best things I ever experiencedyou can even drive up there in a camper and stay however long you want, one day i will probably fuck off into the italian mountains and live like a king on cheap food and wine while tanning my balls in the sun all day laughing at wagies online
