Red pill me on this think tank.

Claremont Institute is a think tank that has a disproportionate amount of control in the Trump Administration relative to its size. It's made up largely of neocons and Leo Strauss cultists but that alone says very little.

Why is this neoconservative org so powerful especially when Trump himself is anti-neocon? Is Claremont the reason behind the war with Iran and the MIGA stuff?
