Most employees at these school districts get paid more than teachers and never teach for have to interact with a single student.Meanwhile the teachers have 30, 40, 50 gd kids in a class. It's insane.But yeah, smaller classes and more face to face, verbal testing. Which means less union control and more charter schools and vouchers, so parrnts can send their kids where they want and schools can experiment to find out what works. That's what I think!!
