I visited South Africa and watched an adult man - black, of course - repeatedly thrash a child who can't have been older than about 3, with a bamboo cane, in the street. This was in a modern commercial part of Cape Town whilst members of the public paid no attention at all. By the end of it, the child had curled into a ball and was doing that thing kids so when they cry so hard they don't make any noise. It was disturbing. This is not something that's tolerated in White nations.I also saw a baboon (an actual baboon) hold up traffic while it lay in the road masturbating.
