>>543068868He did that years ago, US Refineries are operating at above 100% capacity which is why there was that major outage at the Joilet refinery on September 13th because the refineries are being pushed to their limit.You can't just build new refineries either as that would take years at the most optimistic estimations. The only real choice would be to ban exports of refined petrochemicals like Diesel this would increase supply in the US to meet demand or exceed demand which would lower prices.
