My Polish neighbour also never recycles, he puts all his vodka bottles and Tyskie cans in with his normal rubbish and dumps the bags by his bins and then animals rip the bags apart and all the cans and bottles go all over the street. The old man opposite keeps moaning at him to recycle but the Polish guy sees it as a stupid process and just doesn't bother. They also beat anyone up that they want and are not scared of anyone.
