(Good is subjective - a house that is mansion sized will be cheaper here than other states, etc), and the self defense and gun ownership laws.Otherwise; it has bad weather and tons of people are moving here nonstop every year. I also swear that people have gotten way crazier in traffic and just in public overall then a few decades ago when I was a kid.
