Every day Tony delays introducing the women's tag team titles, it makes more sense why. Introducing new women's titles, making it clear you're giving less time to women not named Toni Storm, Mercedes Mone or their current opposition, is a tacit acknowledgement that the entire AEW women's division is stagnant, shitty and directionless.
