My only explanations could be that they don’t speak English and they hate managers. Also in Gulia’s case she has a bumpy fucked up tongue. But Stephanie is a total baddie and I guess it can only be because she can’t speak English well enough yet.
Like Iyo gets pushed because she’s been around long enough, was put in some angles (maybe by luck), and proved to be likable and now has that cutesy and quirky pointing at herself gimmick. Asuka and Kairi also have charisma and concrete gimmicks. Maybe they need actual gimmicks and personalities along with better English.
