1st of all that was bullshit. Teddy sheltered a mentally disabled kid after his parents kicked him out for being too big and unruly to control anymore. That's why Teddy stepped in, he was given permission by the parents to get as physical as needed. And yes, he had to restrain the dude several times, but he never hurt him.
