Tony doesn't like indy guys per se, he liked PWG guys because Dave was a PWG fan. Only reason Chikara guys got in was because Chuck Taylor was one of the last big PWG guys and he was able to get some of his buddies (namely OC) in. But Tony has no actual opinions of his own, he's basically a redditor and only watches what's big, what was big on message boards during his college days (it's why he's obsessed with redoing old ROH feuds and matches) and whatever Dave likes.
