If Russo never went to WCW everyone would credit him for WWF's succes and he would be well respected by everyone other than smarks and cornette. He would probably retire after the benoit incident because his ideas wouldn't fit in the PG era.

He did good stuff with TNA. He had a bad 12 months with WCW but the ship was already sinking at that point.
His tna run or his generic Christian fed would have exposed him. Plus no one knew who he was until WCW. He’d be just one of a billion writers including Patrice O’Niel who contributed to the show
