Inoki unironically. He remembered staying up late in Pakistan to watch that match with Ali as a kid and never forgot him. When the news reported that he died he was sad and reminisced about watching Japanese wrestling on his village's one TV with his brothers. Apparently it was big there for a time after Inoki vs Ali.
