He's talking about shitty places that might have like one stacy and there was nothing else to do because nobody there had cable anyway. Even money wise, he said a guy would make a good living, but most honestly didn't and had to do other jobs. Cornette is a rare case because he was born into a rich family. He never really worried about money and was in it for fun.
