NWA Luger was a great worker, early WCW Luger as well. He had a high motor for a body guy and was capable of having good to great matches with guys like Sting or Magnum.Luger definitely slowed down after his WWF run but he never became as lazy as Brock.Brock has barely slowed physically at all. He just stopped trying in wrestling and puts in as low effort as possible.Not the same as Lex at all.
