Heyman said it himself in the interview with Helwani, Seth carried the story of the triple threat at Mania, which is surprising given everyone involved. The only issue is they often send Seth out as the guy to cut 15 minute promos when there is no material for him to talk about and he is a heel but the crowd still likes him so he can't bullshit with the fans like Cena or Cody would in that situation and guys like Punk only do promos when there is something to set up. Seth bares the weight of having to be the full-time pillar of the company for so long but he has been killing it for years straight now.

Heyman only fully gets what Seth is doing near the end, and realizing this also confirms to him his respect for Seth and confirms to the audience that Seth is not some comic villain and there is a grounded reality in what he is doing and how he sees everything, and all the stakes are on the line for his purpose and no matter what he does there is a reason behind it. This segment also ties back to the backstage before a match during his first title run where HHH says 'show them!' and puts the pressure on Seth, which ties to the backstage before the recent 4-way where Seth said he woukd show them and do it alone but that was really a ruse he allowed to happen due to his hatred of Punk. This time Seth is doing the same thing but knows since it is Cody this time means more than any time before and he is pushed towards not using the 'any means necessary' way or planning and deceiving others and just winning by his own merits so in a way, Cody is his Achilles Heel, and that plays into how Cody was willing to get his hands dirty to beat AJ and KO and everyone but it meant something to beat Cena clean. This story is really on another level for fake fighting and a 2 week build makes it even more crazy to think about.
