But can you touch and rub your eyeball with your finger? Your foreskin is is like your eyelid and your glans should be as sensitive as your eyeball, you shouldn't be able to rub it bare, it would cause friction and pain to a healthy penis. It can be rubbed by a soft mucous membrane like the inside of your foreskin, a vagina or a mouth.
