Doesn't mean the wrestler actually physically won over the other as a shoot, but the promoter does see them as being a better more viable option to do business with than the other wrestler they used to put them over. Of course once you bring storylines and things like that there's a whole slew of reasons people could win or lose that doesn't reflect that, but just as far as base level wrestling goes
