All the WCW stars are under contract so nobody is sat at home. HHH isn't injured and under no circumstances are Austin or Angle allowed to join the Alliance. And yes I'm looking to steal your ideas for my TEW save. My ideas so far is to wait until Survivor Series to bring in the NWO who help team WWF win and this leads to Austin vs Hogan at WM 18 instead.

Having a whole PPV of WCW vs WWF would be a bad idea. You could sprinkle the company war throughout the year, doing a big match every PPV.

Besides, even if it deviated from that the NWO was clearly it's own distinct entity who spent years trying to takeover WCW, I see no reason why they would fight for WCW in a rebooked invasion angle. They'd either be a third independent faction in the whole thing or act like they will side with WCW then turn on them to side with the WWF.
