For guys who Cena had a history with that aren't in the company to be able to be a part of his farewell tour. And make some money off of it too with all the new merch WWE's put out for them. Obviously WWE isn't going to put them over their own guys in terms of matches but Cena looked out for them and got them paid the best way he could. Not to mention the buzz it's created around both of them over the past week
