I can't think of many wrestlers who are considered "great on the mic, bad in the ring" that I think were actually bad in the ring, or alternatively as good on the mic as people say.
Usually it's just midcarders who yell a lot to compensate for lack of personality, or iconic stars who were creative in the ring but athletically limited which his taken as "bad" by boring people

Bray is a good shout.
Cena is hard to rate, I think he's a phenomenal public speaker and unimpressive athlete who cuts laughably bad wrestling promos to this very day but has had a ton of great matches in his career.
Chudster (outside of WCW) was one of the most watchable match workers of all time. He's funny as fuck bell to bell. Could never in good conscience call him bad in the ring.
